Patriot Lite Travel Medical InsuranceSM
for Individuals, Families, & Groups
5 days up to 24 months of coverage
Patriot Lite Travel Medical InsuranceSM provides coverage for individuals, families and groups who need temporary medical insurance while traveling for business or pleasure anywhere outside of your home country.
In addition to medical benefits, the plan includes coverage for emergency medical and political evacuation, repatriation, and a choice of deductibles and plan maximums up to $1,000,000.
Patriot America® Plus
for non-U.S. Residents
5 days up to 24 months of coverage
Patriot America® Plus addresses the insurance needs of non-U.S. residents who need temporary medical insurance while traveling for business or pleasure to the United States. The plan provides a wide range of plan maximum limits and deductible options, and it is available for a minimum of five days up to a maximum of two years, in accordance with the terms of the Certificate of Insurance.

for Individuals & Families
Long-term annually renewable plan
Patriot Multi-Trip® is designed for individuals and families who travel frequently outside their home country throughout the year. The plan offers the ease and convenience of purchasing an affordable single annual premium plan that provides coverage for trips up to 30, 60, or 90 days in length for each trip taken during a period of 12 months. The plan provides up to $1,000,000 of medical coverage and services.
There are two plans available: Patriot Multi-Trip® International provides coverage for U.S. citizens that take multiple trips annually outside the U.S., and Patriot Multi-Trip® America provides coverage for non-U.S. citizens that take multiple trips annually outside their home country and/or country of citizenship.
